I’m only a month behind schedule with this hymn study guide, but considering what our family has been up to the last while, I’d have to say I’m not feeling too badly about that. It has been a busy season! After PJ returned from being away for thirteen weeks last fall, we moved from Prince Edward Island to Nova Scotia for his new job. Moving during the heightened covid restrictions of this ”fourth wave” of the virus was not much fun. But we are finally getting settled in to our new home and loving it.
Today during a massive snow storm I decided to get this next study guide done and quit procrastinating. My apologies to anyone following Ambleside Online’s hymn rotation. You have likely already been singing this one for the past few weeks, but if you’d like to grab this while it’s free, I’ll have it available for download until the next one is done (which, in all likelihood, will be near the end of February).
I hope these guides have been a blessing to your homeschool. If you haven’t checked them out yet, here is what a few other moms have had to say.
“Just dropping by to thank you for sharing your Hymn Study Helps! My family and I have greatly benefitted from it. As we’ve gone through the weekly suggestions, we have enjoyed meaningful conversations, sharing time, and deepening of our love for God and each other. Thank you sooooo much!”
“Wow! Erin, thank you for sharing this. You have done research and gathered resources, and you have given us ideas and a pattern to follow in our own home schools. Simple and flexible and following CM – all in a very accessible way. Thanks for passing on a blessing!”
“This is amazing!!! Thank you so much for all the work you put into it. I’m very excited to use it with my children!”
